Biography:

Mayra joined the Cobb Law Group in 2019 as a part-time legal assistant who focuses on construction law. She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and she is one of three employees who assists our Spanish-speaking clients in their first language.

She moved to Tallahassee, Florida in 1989 and is a graduate of Keiser University with a Paralegal Studies degree. Mayra made Thomasville her home in the summer of 2013.

Her dedication, customer service experience and organizational skills have made her an asset to the Cobb Law Group team. She has over 17 years of service with the State of Florida, and is currently a Government Operations Consultant for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. She brings prior law firm experience, as well as a commitment to clients and the environment.

In her spare time, Mayra enjoys volunteering for the Thomas County Central High School’s “Best of the Nest” marching band. She is very family oriented, and enjoys taking family vacations to the beach. She is married and has four children, a Yorkie Poodle, and a guinea pig.
